What is sea moss gel?
Sea moss gel is made by soaking and blending sea moss — a type of red seaweed — into a smooth gel you can eat by the spoonful or mix into drinks and food.
Gel or capsules — which should I choose?

How does it taste?
Not like you’d expect. Our gels are light and smooth — most people compare the texture to applesauce or baby food, and the flavored blends taste like a fresh, natural jam right out of the fridge.
